With every eligible purchase or lease of a GMC van or truck, you'll receive $500 as a statement credit if you are approved for, or already have, a GM Business Card. The GM Business Card statement credit option is available through September 30, 2012.
If you are not approved, you'll receive a second option selected during the claim process.
